HEAVENLY HARLOTS MAID CLEANING SERVICES™ MINNESOTA TERMS OF SERVICE ADDENDUM

(Applies to All Minnesota Bookings Only)

This Minnesota Terms of Service Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Heavenly Harlots Universal Terms of Service. All Universal Terms apply in Minnesota unless they conflict with Minnesota state law, in which case this Addendum governs.

By booking a service within Minnesota, the Client agrees to both the Universal Terms and this Addendum.

1. DEFINITIONS (MINNESOTA-SPECIFIC)

1.1 Client — The individual or entity purchasing services.
1.2 Company — Heavenly Harlots LLC, operating as Heavenly Harlots Maid Cleaning Services™.
1.3 Contractor — An independent contractor performing the cleaning service; not an employee of the Client.
1.4 Premises — The Minnesota location where the cleaning service occurs.
1.5 Service Tiers (MN-Modified)

  • Tier 1: Standard Cleaning

  • Tier 2: Professional-Themed Cleaning (Fully Clothed Only; No Lingerie, No Adult Themes)

  • Tier 3 is not available in Minnesota.
    1.6 Prohibited Attire — Lingerie, fishnets, sheer fabrics, fetish wear, erotic cosplay, or any attire considered indecent or adult-oriented under Minnesota law.
    1.7 No-Contact Rule — A strict prohibition on physical contact between Client (or guests) and Contractors.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

2.1 Minnesota services include standard, fully clothed household cleaning only.
2.2 No adult-themed, novelty, performance, or sexualized services are permitted.
2.3 Contractors may decline unsafe or inappropriate tasks.
2.4 Any attempt to solicit sexual or adult behaviors results in immediate termination without refund and may result in reporting to authorities.

3. BOOKING, PAYMENT & PRICING

3.1 All bookings require full payment upfront, including add-ons and travel fees.
3.2 A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
3.3 Prices may change, but confirmed bookings retain the rates paid.
3.4 Client affirms they are 18+ and that no minors will be present or able to view the service at any time.

All pricing is governed by internal Minnesota-approved rate sheets.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY

4.1 All fees paid at booking are 100% non-refundable, including:

  • Scheduling fees

  • Hourly minimums

  • Add-ons

  • Travel fees

  • Weekend/holiday premiums

  • Tier upgrades (when applicable)

4.2 Client Cancellations
Any cancellation — including illness, emergency, weather, transportation, or change of mind — results in forfeiture of all fees.

4.3 Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule permitted with 72+ hours’ notice.
Inside 72 hours = cancellation, no refund.

4.4 Company Readiness
If the Company is prepared to perform, lack of Client readiness does not entitle a refund.

4.5 Company-Initiated Cancellations
Refunds are issued only when the Company cancels for internal reasons unrelated to Client breach, safety, or legal compliance.

4.6 Client-Caused Termination Is NOT a Company Cancellation
No refund is issued if termination occurs due to:

  • Unsafe or hazardous environment

  • Minors present

  • Prohibited attire or conduct

  • Sexual comments or attempts at escalation

  • Intoxication or drug use

  • Recording without consent

  • No-call/no-show

  • Failure to provide access

4.7 State-Imposed Impossibility Events
If service cannot occur due to Minnesota emergency orders (road closures, police orders), booking will be rescheduled, not refunded.

5. RESCHEDULING POLICY

5.1 One reschedule allowed with 72+ hours notice.
5.2 Inside 72 hours = cancellation without refund.
5.3 Additional reschedules require new payment.
5.4 Substitute contractors may be assigned to preserve scheduling.

6. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW

Occurs when:

  • Client does not answer the door

  • Client fails to provide access

  • Client is unreachable for 20 minutes

Results:

  • All fees forfeited

  • Contractor may depart immediately

  • A $50 no-show travel fee may apply

7. CLIENT CONDUCT & NO-CONTACT POLICY

7.1 Absolute No-Contact Rule
Client and guests may not:

  • Touch or attempt to touch Contractors

  • Block, corner, or crowd Contractors

  • Violate personal space

Violation = immediate termination + no refund + possible legal action.

7.2 Unacceptable Conduct Includes:

  • Sexual comments or innuendos

  • Requests for nudity, lingerie, or adult-themed attire

  • Requests for “sexy cleaning,” roleplay, or flirtation

  • Watching from concealed angles

  • Recording without consent

  • Attempting to hire Contractors privately

  • False identity information

7.3 Client Duties
Client must:

  • Secure pets

  • Provide safe access to the Premises

  • Remove fragile or hazardous items

  • Keep minors out of sight and out of the cleaning area

  • Ensure all individuals are fully and appropriately clothed

8. SAFETY & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Service will be refused or terminated if the Premises contains:

  • Biohazards or mold

  • Infestation

  • Illegal drug use

  • Intoxicated individuals

  • Unsecured weapons

  • Pornographic displays or adult toys visible

  • Strip poles or adult entertainment installations

  • Minors entering or observing

  • Unsafe or excessively unsanitary conditions

All prepaid fees are forfeited.

9. RECORDING, PRIVACY & IDENTITY PROTECTION

9.1 No recording without a signed Recording Consent Form.
9.2 Contractor identities and likenesses are intellectual property of the Company.
9.3 Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in civil damages + attorney fees.
9.4 Client information is kept confidential.

10. CHARGEBACK LIABILITY

10.1 Filing an illegitimate chargeback constitutes breach of contract.
10.2 If the Company prevails, the Client must pay:

  • Chargeback fees

  • Attorney fees

  • Administrative costs

  • Collection and travel costs

10.3 Fraudulent claims may result in civil or criminal action.

11. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Client may not publish false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful statements about the Company or Contractors.
Violation may result in civil action + attorney-fee recovery.

12. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

12.1 Contractors are independent; not employees of the Client.
12.2 Client may not solicit Contractors for off-platform work.
12.3 Contractors may decline unsafe or inappropriate tasks.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damages

  • Fragile or unsecured items

  • Allergic reactions

  • Tasks outside reasonable cleaning scope

Maximum liability = amount paid for that appointment.

14. GOVERNING LAW, VENUE & LEGAL COSTS

14.1 Minnesota safety, decency, and conduct laws apply on-site.
14.2 All legal disputes, claims, and arbitration are governed by North Dakota law and must be brought in Grand Forks County, ND.
14.3 If the Company prevails, the Client must pay:

  • Attorney fees

  • Court fees

  • Arbitration costs

  • Expert witness fees

  • Documentation fees

  • Collection costs

14.4 Client bears all costs for their own claims unless Minnesota law states otherwise.

15. MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

15.1 Disputes must first be submitted in writing with a 30-day resolution period.
15.2 Unresolved disputes proceed to binding arbitration in Grand Forks, ND.
15.3 Client waives:

  • Jury trial

  • Court litigation

  • Class actions

  • Representative actions

15.4 Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable.

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking, the Client confirms they:

  • Have read and understand these Terms

  • Agree to all safety, conduct, and refund provisions

  • Understand Minnesota prohibits lingerie, topless, or adult-themed services

  • Understand Tier 3 is not available in MN

  • Agree to all financial, legal, and arbitration obligations

These Terms form a binding legal agreement.

17. ADDITIONAL TIME, OVERTIME & IMMEDIATE PAYMENT

17.1 Additional time may be approved verbally or in writing.
17.2 Additional time is billed at MN tier rates in 30-minute increments.
17.3 Payment must be made immediately before services continue.
17.4 Contractors may decline overtime for safety or scheduling reasons.
17.5 No assumption of flat rates; home conditions vary.
17.6 Client authorizes pre-payment for additional hours or unpaid balances.

18. EARLY COMPLETION, REMAINING TIME & NO-REFUND POLIC

18.1 Estimated Hours Are Not Guaranteed
Estimates are approximations only.

18.2 No Refunds for Early Completion
If service finishes early, the booked time remains fully earned.
No refund or credit is issued.

18.3 Client May Assign Additional Tasks (Professional Only)
If tasks are completed early, Client may assign standard cleaning duties only, including:

  • Additional surface cleaning

  • Light organizational tasks

  • Approved add-ons

Fantasy, novelty, or visual-presence tasks are prohibited in Minnesota.

18.4 No “Banking” of Time
Unused time cannot be saved, transferred, or credited.

18.5 Client Dismissal = Full Payment Earned
If the Client sends the Contractor home early, the full booking amount remains earned.

18.6 Contractor Right to Decline Additional Tasks
Contractors may decline tasks that are:

  • Unsafe

  • Beyond reasonable cleaning scope

  • In violation of Minnesota decency laws

  • Misaligned with standard cleaning activities
