CLIENT RULES & EXPECTATIONS

A Safe, Respectful, and Enjoyable Experience for Everyone

At Heavenly Harlots Maid Cleaning Services™, we want every visit to feel smooth, respectful, and stress-free for both you and your maid.

This page explains exactly what we expect from clients and guests during an appointment, so there are no misunderstandings, no awkward moments, and no “I didn’t know” later on.

Please read this carefully before booking. By scheduling a service, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Respectful Conduct at All Times

We ask all clients and guests to maintain a polite, respectful environment. Our maids are professionals—whether cleaning in standard attire, lingerie/cosplay, or a topless outfit (ND only).

Not Allowed at Any Time:

1. Requests for adult services of any kind
Adult services are never offered, suggested, or permitted in any tier. This includes:

• Asking for sexual behavior, companionship, or fetish-related actions
• Suggesting poses, dancing, teasing, or sensual performances
• Asking for “extras,” even jokingly
• Offering additional money for adult behavior or more revealing clothing
• Turning the cleaning visit into something sexual

Even if the contractor is wearing lingerie or topless attire (ND only), the service remains strictly professional and non-sexual.

This includes any behavior—verbal, physical, or environmental—intended to push the experience into sexual territory. Examples:

• Moving into the maid’s personal space in a suggestive way
• Blocking pathways, cornering, or standing too close
• Exposing intimate areas of your body
• Playing pornography, leaving sex toys visible, or creating a sexual atmosphere
• Touching yourself sexually while the maid is present
• Using innuendos such as “What else can I get?” or “Can you do more?”

Any form of escalation results in immediate termination with no refund.

For everyone’s clarity and safety:

• All outfits are chosen, approved, and confirmed during booking
• Maids cannot switch or remove clothing after arrival
• Tier upgrades cannot be made on-site
• More revealing attire must be booked in a different appointment, not the current visit

This prevents pressure, confusion, and potential safety or compliance issues.

If a client wants a different tier or different outfit, they must book a new appointment through our official booking process.

No recording of any kind without a signed Recording Consent Form.

This includes photos, video, and audio recordings.

We respect your privacy—and our maids’ privacy—and comply with all ND/MN laws.

About in-home security cameras:

We understand many homes have:

• Doorbell cameras
• Indoor security devices
• Smart motion cameras
• Baby monitors

We do not require you to disable your home’s security system.

However:
• Cameras may not be used to intentionally record or observe the maid for non-security purposes
• Hidden or specifically positioned cameras are prohibited
• Any footage showing voyeurism or intentional targeting of the maid is treated as unauthorized recording

Important:

Any leaked, shared, posted, uploaded, sold, or distributed footage—whether from a phone, security system, or hidden camera—will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including civil damages, attorney fees, and any applicable criminal complaints.

This includes posting to:
• Social media
• Adult sites
• Messaging groups
• Cloud services
• Websites or forums
• Personal collections

Privacy is non-negotiable.

Applies to ALL Tiers:

• Minors may not be present in any area where cleaning is happening.
• No minors may watch, observe, or enter the space during the appointment.

Additional ND Rule for Tier 3

For topless services (ND private residences only):
No minors may be anywhere on the property during the appointment.

This rule is absolute and enforced without exceptions.

To help your maid work safely and comfortably:

Pets

• Pets should be secured or supervised.
• No aggressive pets may roam freely.

Weapons

• Firearms must be unloaded and securely stored.
• Knives and tools should be put away.

General Safety

• Walkways should be clear and safe.
• No active intoxication, drug use, or unsafe behavior may occur during the appointment.
• Hazardous or biohazard conditions must be disclosed in advance.

If the environment is unsafe, the maid may leave immediately with no refund issued.

• All three tiers available
• Topless allowed only inside private residences
• Transparent, skimpy, or performance-style attire permitted
• Still strictly non-sexual

• No topless or adult-themed services
• No lingerie, fishnets, cosplay, or novelty attire
• Fully clothed, professional cleaning only
• No sexualized themes, comments, or attire requests

Under Minnesota law, we cannot offer lingerie, fishnets, topless, transparent, skimpy, erotic, or sexually suggestive outfits of any kind.
All cleaning services in Minnesota are performed in:

• Fully clothed, professional attire
• Modest, non-revealing themed outfits (optional)
• No lingerie, novelty outfits, fetishwear, or sexualized cosplay

Any request for restricted apparel will result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund.

Any adult-related request in Minnesota ends the appointment immediately.

Before your maid arrives, please make sure:

• The home is reasonably tidy so cleaning can begin
• Snow, ice, and clutter do not block entrance
• A clear path is available to all areas selected for cleaning
• Access is provided within 20 minutes of arrival (otherwise considered a no-show)

Our maids agree to:

• Arrive on time
• Behave respectfully and professionally
• Communicate clearly
• Maintain strong professional boundaries

Contractors have the right to:

• Decline unsafe tasks
• End service immediately if boundaries are crossed
• Request ID verification
• Refuse service if the environment is unsafe
• Leave without completing service if there is harassment, intimidation, or escalation

Your safety and theirs are equally important.

The following actions end service on the spot, with no refund:

• Touching or attempting to touch the maid
• Inappropriate comments or requests
• Sexual escalation or exposure
• Attempting to record without consent
• Displaying sexual materials or creating a sexual environment
• Pressuring for outfit changes or tier changes
• Intoxicated or threatening behavior
• Minors present in prohibited areas (or anywhere on site for Tier 3 ND)

These rules protect everyone involved—clients, contractors, and the company.
