Heavenly Harlots Maid Cleaning Services™ proudly serves Grand Forks, North Dakota and approved surrounding areas. If you’re outside city limits, we can still come to you — travel fees simply ensure fair coverage for drive time, fuel, and scheduling logistics.

Extended Service Area

Outside Grand Forks City Limits (Approved Areas)
Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from Grand Forks city limits to your service address:

  • 0–100 miles outside Grand Forks: $0.75 per mile

  • 100+ miles outside Grand Forks: $1.00 per mile + $50 Long Distance Fee

Scheduling Fee

All bookings require a $200 Scheduling Fee to reserve your date/time and complete scheduling + travel planning.

Travel Fee Examples

  • 30 miles outside city limits: 30 × $0.75 = $22.50 travel fee
  • 90 miles outside city limits: 90 × $0.75 = $67.50 travel fee
  • 120 miles outside city limits: 120 × $1.00 + $50 (Long Distance Traveling) = $170 travel fee

 

Travel fees are calculated using one-way mileage from Grand Forks city limits to the service address, not round-trip distance.

Additional North Dakota locations may be approved upon request, subject to travel availability, service tier, and safety review.

Minnesota Bookings

Heavenly Harlots Maid Cleaning Services™ provides professional, fully clothed residential cleaning services to approved locations in Minnesota.

All Minnesota bookings follow strict professional service standards and comply with Minnesota state and local regulations.

Address Verification & Safety

For safety and scheduling accuracy, we may require address confirmation and basic booking verification prior to arrival. We reserve the right to refuse or end service if the environment is unsafe or violates policy requirements.

Multi-Day & Destination Booking Policy

  • For bookings requiring service over two (2) or more consecutive days at locations 150+ miles from Grand Forks, Heavenly Harlots Maid Cleaning Services™ classifies the booking as a Destination / Multi-Day Service.

    Due to travel time, safety considerations, and scheduling logistics, overnight accommodation is required for assigned contractors.

    Overnight lodging will be:

    • Booked by Heavenly Harlots Maid Cleaning Services™ or

    • Added as a reimbursable expense to the Client’s quote

    All lodging costs are quoted and approved in advance. No overnight accommodations are booked without Client authorization.

Requests to waive overnight accommodations for qualifying destination bookings will not be approved for safety and scheduling reasons.

Meal & Per-Diem Policy

For Destination / Multi-Day Bookings, Heavenly Harlots Maid Cleaning Services™ includes a daily meal per-diem to cover reasonable food expenses during overnight stays.

• Per-diem amount: $50 per contractor, per day
• Covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Not receipt-based
• Not refundable if unused
• Not exchangeable for cash or service credits

Meal per-diem is added to the Client’s quote and approved in advance as part of the Destination Booking total.

Clients are not responsible for purchasing meals directly. All meal expenses are handled through the per-diem structure.
