What to Expect from HHMCS
Before your clean
- We confirm the date, time, and what you’d like cleaned
- Let us know how to get in (key, code, or you’ll be home)
- Tell us about pets, alarms, or areas to skip
- Picking up clutter and personal items helps us focus on cleaning
During your clean
- Our insured team arrives on time with our own supplies
- We follow your checklist and treat your belongings with care
- Kids and pets are welcome; we’ll just ask that pets be kept safe and out from underfoot
After your clean
- We’ll let you know when we’re done and note anything we noticed
- If anything isn’t right, call us at (701) 317-6187 and we’ll talk it through.
Respect goes both ways
We ask for a safe, respectful work environment for our team. We may end a visit that becomes unsafe or disrespectful.
Scheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM. Cleanings start as early as 9 AM and wrap up by 6 PM.
