BOOKING + PRICING BASICS
Q: How do I book a cleaning?
A: Start on Get Your Quote. We’ll confirm service tier, location, estimated time, add-ons, and availability. Once approved, your booking is confirmed after payment is received and verified.
Q: Is there a scheduling fee?
A: Yes. A $200 Scheduling Fee is required to reserve your date/time, contractor availability, and travel planning
Q: Do you require a minimum booking time?
A: Yes. Most appointments have a 2-hour minimum (solo or duo options depending on tier and availability).
Q: Do you offer add-ons and deep-clean upgrades?
A: Yes. You can request deep-clean add-ons (kitchen, bathroom, oven, refrigerator, pet areas), organization, laundry, and trash removal. Add-ons are priced and confirmed in your custom quote.
Maid SERVICE TIERS (WHAT YOU’RE ACTUALLY BOOKING)
Q: What’s the difference between Standard Maid, Lingerie/Cosplay Maid, and Topless Maid?
A:
Standard Maid is professional, fully clothed, traditional cleaning—no novelty themes.
Lingerie/Fishnets/Cosplay is a fantasy-styled novelty clean (cosplay/lingerie/fishnets) with strict boundaries—no topless, no nipple exposure, no sexual services (ever in any Maid services).
Topless Maid is ND-only and may include topless/transparent styling in private ND residences only, with strict non-contact, non-sexual rules.
Is Cosplay/Lingerie/Fishnets and Topless Maid Services available in Minnesota?
A: No. Topless and adult-themed services are not permitted in Minnesota under any circumstances. Minnesota bookings are fully clothed, professional cleaning only.
WHAT’S INCLUDED (AND WHAT’S NOT)
Q: What do you clean during a standard visit?
A: We focus on the highest-impact areas: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and general tidy/trash removal. Deep cleaning and specialty tasks are available as add-ons.
Q: What is not included?
A: We do not provide hazardous/industrial work (biohazards, mold, infestations, heavy restoration), and we do not provide personal services like childcare, pet walking, or transportation.
Q: Can I request “extra tasks” if time remains?
A: Yes—if time remains within your booked window, you can request additional reasonable cleaning tasks within scope (and within the Service rules). If you choose to end the appointment early, pricing follows your booking terms and minimums.
TRAVEL, MULTI-DAY BOOKINGS, HOTELS, FOOD
Q: Do you charge travel fees?
A: Yes, travel/mileage may apply depending on distance from Grand Forks and the booking tier. Your final quote confirms travel fees before payment.
Q: What if I want a 2+ day booking (example: Minot or destination jobs)?
A: Multi-day bookings may require hotel accommodations when round-trip driving would create operational or safety strain. If overnight stay is required, lodging (and any pre-approved destination logistics) will be included in your final quote and must be paid in advance.
Q: Do you require food/per diem for overnight destination bookings?
A: For destination/multi-day bookings requiring lodging, the quote may include a reasonable per-diem/meals allowance to keep the job safe, professional, and predictable. This is quoted upfront (not negotiated on-site)
SAFETY, RULES, AND “NO CONTACT"
Q: Is this an escort service? Are sexual services included?
A: No. We provide cleaning services only. No sexual contact, escorting, companionship services, fetish acts, or adult services are offered or permitted—ever.
Q: Can I touch the maid or take photos/videos?
A: No touching—ever. Recording (photo/video/audio) is not allowed without written consent via a signed recording consent process. You can purchase the Add-on of Photos/Videos if you want photos/Videos at the time of Scheduling.
Violations may end the appointment immediately.
Q: Are minors allowed on-site?
A: Minors cannot be present in active cleaning areas, and the Topless Maid Package requires no minors anywhere on the property.
If minors enter/observe the service, the appointment may be terminated for compliance and safety.
Q: Do I need to secure pets or weapons?
A: Yes. Pets must be secured unless explicitly approved, and all weapons must be unloaded and secured. If the environment is unsafe, contractors may end service immediately.
Q: What happens if a client breaks the rules (sexual requests, harassment, blocking exits, etc.)?
A: The session ends immediately and payment remains due under the Terms. Severe violations may result in legal action and permanent refusal of future service.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING
Q: Are payments refundable?
A: Per your booking Terms, fees are generally non-refundable, including booking fees, hourly minimums, add-ons, tier upgrades, and travel fees (refunds only if the Company cancels, per the Terms).
Q: Can I reschedule?
A: Yes—rescheduling is allowed under the Terms with advance notice and limits (typically one reschedule with required notice; late reschedules may be treated as cancellations)
Q: What if I’m not home / don’t answer / can’t provide access?
A: That’s treated as a no-show/no-access situation. Fees may be forfeited and a no-show travel fee may apply, per Terms
MINNESOTA-SPECIFIC
Q: Can I book the cosplay/lingerie tiers or Topless in Minnesota?
A: Minnesota service is fully clothed, professional cleaning only. Adult-themed attire (including lingerie or anything that could be considered erotic/indecent under MN standards) is prohibited for MN bookings.
Q: What will get a Minnesota appointment terminated immediately?
A: Requests for adult-themed attire, topless/nude content, sexualized roleplay, intoxication in active cleaning areas, minors in viewing distance, explicit materials visible, or any attempt to “make it adult.”
